[DISCLOSURE] Bioleaders (142760) announced on Jan. 9 that it has decided to raise its capital by 23.1 billion won (US$19.21 million) to finance operating funds.

It will issue 3.3 million new shares with third-party allotment at 7,000 won per share.

The listing date is April 4.
