South Korean construction management firm HanmiGlobal said Wednesday that it ranked sixth in Engineering News-Record’s latest survey of the world’s leading construction and project management firms, the highest position ever achieved by a Korean company.

The annual rankings cover major sectors of the global construction industry and are based on companies’ revenue from the previous year.

HanmiGlobal recorded $255.8 million in construction management and project management revenue in 2025.

Its overseas revenue reached $139.4 million, placing it ninth globally in that category.

HanmiGlobal first entered the global top 10 in the CM/PM sector in 2019 and has remained there ever since.

Since introducing professional project management services to Korea in 1996, the company has completed more than 3,300 projects across 66 countries.

HanmiGlobal has recently expanded its overseas operations, particularly in the US, the UK and the Middle East. This year, it secured a $400 million maintenance contract from the US National Park Service.

“Achieving our highest-ever position in the ENR global rankings during our 30th anniversary year is particularly meaningful,” a HanmiGlobal official said. “We aim to expand our overseas business and enter the global top five.”
