[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Engineering and Construction (000720) announced on Dec. 4 that it has decided to purchase 5,936,624 shares of Songdo Landmark City from Samsung C&T (028260) at 54.24 billion won (US$48.76 million) “to take initiative in the project.”

It will own 94.2 percent stake and the due date for transaction is Dec. 20.
