[DISCLOSURE] Lotte Holdings (004990) announced on Oct. 10 that it has decided to acquire 23.24 percent stake (7,965,201 shares) of affiliate Lotte Chemical (011170) at 2.23 trillion won (US$1.95 million) “to promote management efficiency through governance restructuring.”
