[DISCLOSURE] Doosan Bobcat (241560) announced on Sept. 14 that its subsidiary Doosan International Luxembourg has decided to sell entire intellectual property including patents and trademarks to affiliate Doosan Bobcat EMEA (Czech) at 267.9 billion won (US$23.97 million). 

This amounts to 32.61 percent of its equity capital.
