[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Electronics (005930) announced on July 31 that it has decided to award 354 won dividend per share. The dividend rates are 0.8 percent for common stocks and 0.9 percent for preferred stocks and the total amount is 2.40 trillion won (US$2.15 billion).
