[DISCLOSURE] SK (034730) announced on July 12 that it has decided to invest US$455 million in its affiliate Alchemy Acquisition to acquire stakes in Fine Chemical Holdings, a parent company of AMPAC, a US custom pharmaceutical manufacturer.
