[DISCLOSURE] Innox Advanced Materials (272290) announced on June 22 that it has decided to issue convertible bonds worth 50 billion won (US$44.80 million) to finance capital spending and operations. 

Both coupon rate and maturity rate are 0 percent and the maturity date is June 29, 2023.
