[DISCLOSURE] Feelux (033180) announced on June 12 that its subsidiary CAR-TCellKor has decided to take over 100 percent stake in US bio company Liminatus Pharma at 16.1 billion won (US$14.98 million). 

This amounts to 8.39 percent of its equity capital.
