[DISCLOSURE] CJ CheilJedang (097950) acknowledged that it is considering taking over Us-based food processor Schwan’s Company "to strengthen overseas food business" but did not provide any specifics in a statement released on June 7 in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry regarding media reports.
