[DISCLOSURE] Nutribiotech (222040) announced on March 22 that it has decided to underwrite 12.86 billion won (US$11.91 million) debt of its affiliate Nutribiotech USA. 

This amounts to 15.58 percent of its equity capital and the guarantee period is until March 21, 2019.
