[DISCLOSURE] Lotte Shopping (023530) announced on March 15 that it has decided to issue exchangeable bonds worth 303.6 billion won (US$284.62 million) in Singapore to finance operations. 

The coupon rate is 0 percent and maturity rate is 0.5 percent. The maturity date is April 4, 2023.
