[DISCLOSURE] Samsung SDS (018260) announced on March 9 that it has signed a 736.2 billion won (US$691.59 million) contract with its largest stakeholder Samsung Electronics (005930) to provide IT outsourcing service. 

This amounts to nine percent of its 2016 revenue and the contract is valid until Dec. 31.
