[DISCLOSURE] CJ CheilJedang (097950) announced on Feb. 20 that it has decided to sell its entire two million stake in CJ Healthcare at 1.31 trillion won (US$1.22 billion) to improve financial structure and to secure funds for investment.

This amounts to 21.6 percent of its equity capital.
