[DISCLOSURE] Samsung C&T (028260) announced on Feb. 13 that it has signed a 1.13 trillion won (US$1.05 billion) contract to redevelop apartment housings in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

This amounts to 4.01 percent of its 2016 revenue and the contract is valid for 39 months.
