[DISCLOSURE] Innocean Worldwide (214320) announced on Dec. 14 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Innocean Worldwide Holdings has acquired the entire stake in David & Goliath, a US advertising company, at US$71.68 million. 

This amounts to 4.7 percent of its equity capital.
