[DISCLOSURE] CJ E&M (130960) announced on Oct. 17 that its subsidiary Studio Dragon has decided to issue 6 million shares for 185.4 billion won (US$164.11 million) capital raise to finance operations and acquisition of other corporation’s securities in preparation “to float the company on KOSDAQ.”
