[DISCLOSURE] Dongbu Steel (016380) announced on Sept. 13 that it has decided to take over US$20 million debt of Dongbu Vietnam Steel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of its subsidiary Dongbu Singapore. This amounts to 12.7 percent of its equity capital.
