[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Electronics (005930) announced on July 27 that it has decided to pay 7,000 won per share cash dividend. 

The dividend rate is 0.29 percent for common stocks and 0.37 percent for preferred stocks and the total amounts to 965.35 billion won (US$868.59 million).
