[DISCLOSURE] LOT Vacuum (083310) announced on June 7 that it has signed a 3.6 billion won (US$ 3.2 million) contract with Samsung Electronics  (005930) to supply plasma preprocessing system and dry vacuum pump for semiconductor processing.

The deal amounts to 2.9 percent of its 2016 revenue.
