Hyundai Glovis, the logistics arm of Hyundai Motor Group, said Monday that it participated in the World Breakbulk Expo 2025, the world’s largest trade show for heavy and oversized cargo transport, held in Shanghai, China.

During the two-day event on March 6-7, Hyundai Glovis highlighted its competitive edge in breakbulk maritime transport, showcasing its fleet of over 100 vessels, including 98 car carriers and 21 bulk carriers.

The company emphasized its capability to transport bulky and irregularly shaped cargo, such as heavy machinery and power generation equipment, offering customized logistics solutions to meet diverse industry needs.

Additionally, Hyundai Glovis promoted its end-to-end logistics solutions, ensuring seamless cargo movement from origin to final destination through its global network of over 100 overseas hubs.

As part of its business diversification strategy, Hyundai Glovis is expanding beyond automobile transportation to strengthen its presence in specialized maritime logistics. The company also plans to participate in breakbulk exhibitions in the US and Europe to secure new clients and expand its global reach.

“By leveraging our expertise in breakbulk transportation, we aim to enhance global competitiveness and solidify our position as a top-tier logistics company," a company official said.
