[DISCLOSURE] Amorepacific (090430) announced on Feb. 20 that it has decided to repurchase 537,635 shares of its own at 100 billion won (US$89.12 million) to promote shareholder values by stabilizing stock price. 

Amorepacific Group (002790) also announced that it will acquire its 754,148 shares at 50 billion won in a separate statement. 

The due date for acquisition is from Feb. 21 to May 20.
