[DISCLOSURE] Hyosung Advanced Materials (298050) and Hyosung TNC (298020) announced on Dec. 21 that their largest stakeholder has changed to Hyosung (004800) and 8 others from Cho Hyun-joon and 10 others in separate statements.

Hyosung Chemical (298000) and Hyosung Heavy Industries (298040) also announced that their largest stakeholder has changed to Hyosung and 9 others from Cho Hyun-joon and 10 others. 

Hyosung is seeking to shift to a holdings company and will own 21.20 percent stake in Hyosung Advanced Materials, 20.17 percent in Hyosung Chemical, 20.32 percent in Hyosung TNC and 32.47 percent in Hyosung Heavy Industries.
