[DISCLOSURE] Halla (014790) announced on Dec. 19 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Kecologis has decided to sell land and buildings worth 641.5 billion won (US$570.63 million) in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province to an SPC to “repay borrowings and to secure funds for investment.”

This amounts to 28.97 percent of its equity capital.
