[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Electronics (005930) reported on Oct. 5 that its operating profit in the third quarter increased 20.44 percent to 17.5 trillion won (US$15.47 billion) from the same period last year.

Revenue rose 4.75 percent on-year to 65 trillion won.
