[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Electro-Mechanics (009150) announced on Sept. 20 that it has decided to sell entire 5 million shares of its affiliate Samsung C&T (028260) at 642.5 billion won (US$574.84 million) “to secure means for investment and to improve financial structure.”

The due date for transaction is Sept. 21.
