[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance (000810) announced on Sept. 20 that it has decided to sell entire 2,617,297 shares of its affiliate Samsung C&T (028260) at 328.5 billion won (US$293.91 million) “to promote profitability of asset management.”

The due date for transaction is Sept. 21.
