[DISCLOSURE] SK Telecom (017670) acknowledged that it is reviewing a number of possibilities including splitting off subsidiary SK Broadband’s video service division Oksusu to strengthen competitiveness of media business but did not provide any specifics in a statement released on Aug. 13 in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry.
