[DISCLOSURE] NCSoft (036570) announced on Aug. 13 that it has decided to acquire 658,000 shares of its own at 237.54 billion won (US$209.27 million) to promote shareholder values. 

The acquisition period is from Aug. 14 to Nov. 13.
