[DISCLOSURE] Samsung C&T (028260) announced on Aug. 10 that it has signed a 993.4 billion won (US$875.86 million) contract with its affiliate Samsung Electronics (005930) to build a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province. 

This amounts to 3.39 percent of its 2017 revenue and the contract is valid until April 30, 2020.
