[DISCLOSURE] Tongyang Networks (030790) announced on July 12 that it has decided to issue bonds with warrants worth 20 billion won (US$17.71 million) and offer to SC Lowy Financial Hong Kong to finance acquisition of other corporation’s shares. 

Both the coupon rate and maturity rate are 6 percent and the maturity date is July 12, 2021.
