[DISCLOSURE] Dongbu (005960) announced on July 11 that it has signed a 143.0 billion won (US$126.64 million) contract with Koramco REITs Management and Trust to build business facilities in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province. 

This amounts to 20.39 percent of its 2017 revenue and the contract is valid until Dec. 30, 2019.
