[DISCLOSURE] Kyobo Securities (030610) reaffirmed that its largest stakeholder Kyobo Life is considering a number of schemes including maintaining its stake, seeking to establish a joint venture and selling its stake at a customary level, but added that there has been no progress, in a statement released on July 11 in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry regarding media reports.
