[DISCLOSURE] Hanwha Aerospace (012450) announced on July 10 that it has decided to sell 5,847,511 shares in Korea Aerospace Industries (047810) at 251.4 billion won (US$224.12 million) in an after-hours block deal on July 11 “to secure investment funds to leap to a global aircraft engine manufacturer.”
