[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Development Company (294870) announced on June 22 that it has received a 280.12 billion won (US$251.05 million) order from Citiwell to build apartment housings in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province.

This amounts to 5.2 percent of its 2017 revenue and the contract is valid for 26 months.
