[DISCLOSURE] SK Materials (036490) announced on May 17 that it has decided to acquire 1.36 million shares in its affiliate SK Airgas at 31.0 billion won (US$28.70 million) “to strengthen industrial gas business and to secure additional growth momentum.”

It will own the entire stake in the affiliate.
