[DISCLOSURE] Sambu Construction (001470) announced on May 17 that it has received a 44.1 billion won (US$38.93 million) order from Daehan Real Estate Trust to build multi-unit housings in Gwangyang, South Jeolla Province. 

This amounts to 15.71 percent of its 2017 revenue and the contract is valid for 24 months.
