[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Engineering (028050) announced on April 23 that it has decided to acquire 300,000 shares of Samsung Saudi Arabia at 213.4 billion won (US$198.36 million) by participating in its capital raise and to finance its operations. 

It will own 99.98 percent stake in the subsidiary.
