[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Heavy Industries (009540) announced on April 13 that it has decided to sell its 100 shares in Hyundai Power Transformer, an affiliate based in Alabama, US, to another affiliate Hyundai Electric and Energy Systems (267260) at 30.9 billion won (US$28.81 million) in an after-hours block deal to transfer business.
