CJ CheilJedang guarantees US$223m debt of US affiliate
[DISCLOSURE] CJ CheilJedang (097950) announced on March 19 that it has decided to guarantee US$223.26 million loan of its affiliate CJ Bio America.
This amounts to 3.94 percent of its equity capital and the guarantee period is until April 19, 2019.
