[DISCLOSURE] BGF (027410) announced on Jan. 11 that it has decided to issue 73,373,638 shares to raise 1.09 trillion won (US$1.02 billion) to acquire additional stake in its affiliate BGF Retail (282330) “so that  will turn BGF Retail into a subsidiary and BGF can serve as a holdings company.”

The due date for listing is March 26.
