[DISCLOSURE] LOT Vacuum (083310) announced on Jan. 9 that it has signed a 9.7 billion won (US$9.09 million) contract with Samsung Electronics (005930) to supply plasma pretreatment system and dry vacuum pump for semiconductor processing.

The deal amounts to 7.8 percent of its 2016 revenue.
