[THE INVESTOR] Samsung Electronics said on Dec. 6 its dryer was recognized as the best home appliance of the year in a product evaluation conducted by a British researcher.

The Korean tech giant said its dryer with the model number DV90M5000IW was named as the Best Large Home Appliances 2017 under the annual evaluation conducted by Trusted Reviews.

“The DV90M5000IW combines great features with excellent drying results, and the lowest running costs we‘ve ever seen,” the evaluator said. “The Korean firm has been carving a steady reputation for being one of the most innovative companies in the home space for many years.”

Trusted Reviews said the Samsung washer features “a huge capacity, easy-to-use interface and whisper-quiet running performance,” awarding the product five stars.
