[DISCLOSURE] Lotte Shopping (023530) announced on Nov. 21 that chairman Shin Dong-bin has sold 1,002,883 shares at 214.6 billion won (US$196.52 million) in an after-hours block deal “to reduce circular ownership and to secure financing for legal actions.”

Shin’s stake in the company has declined to 9.89 percent from 13.46 percent.
