[DISCLOSURE] Nexen (005720) announced on Aug. 29 that it has decided to merge with its warehouse management and transportation affiliate Nexen L&C at 1:8.8793666 ratio “to minimize inefficiency through creating synergy and to improve governance structure.” 

The due date for merger is Nov. 1.
