[DISCLOSURE] Daewoo Shipping and Marine Engineering (042660) announced on June 28 that it has decided to issue convertible bonds worth 1.28 trillion won (US$1.12 billion) and offer to Export-Import Bank of Korea.

Both coupon and maturity rates are 1.0 percent.
