It is the market leader in outsourcing for contact centers, a sales channel that combines data and network for conventional call centers, said analyst Lee Yun-sang. The company will incorporate artificial intelligence and big data and develop its contact centers into state-of-the-art information service centers, explained the analyst.
For example, its asset health management system analyzes data collected from electrical transformer over the past three decades and monitors IT assets and prevents accidents. It is being tested to be combined with cloud technologies, said Lee.
