[DISCLOSURE] DI (003160) announced on June 2 that it has signed a 12.54 billion won (US$11.20 million) contract with Samsung Electronics (005930) to supply burn in tester, a semiconductor inspection equipment.

The contract amounts to 11.4 percent of its 2016 revenue and is valid until Oct. 31.
