[DISCLOSURE] LOT Vacuum (083310) announced on May 22 that it has signed a 1.7 billion won (US$1.52 million) contract with Samsung Electronics  (005930) to supply dry vacuum pump for semiconductor processing. 

The deal amounts to 1.34 percent of its 2016 revenue and the contract is valid until Aug. 31.
