[DISCLOSURE] DoubleUGames (192080) announced on May 19 that it has decided to acquire an additional 1,010,913 shares of game developer The8Games at 303.3 billion won (US$269.55 million).

It will own the entire stake of the company for a capital raise to acquire a local corporation, said the firm.
